ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੁਲਕ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ 100 ਫ਼ੀਸਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਦਾ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਦਹਾਕਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਯਾਦ ਕਰੋ - ਉਦੋਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਨਾਂਮਾਤਰ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਪਿੰਡ-ਪਿੰਡ ਆਰ.ਓ. ਸਿਸਟਮ ਲੱਗ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਪਾਣੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਹੈ ਅਸਲੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ!
The real development - 100% of population in Punjab has access to safe drinking water. And Punjab is the first state to achieve this milestone in India. A decade back no such amenities were there but now each village has its own RO system. This is what makes Punjab ahead in developmental parameters.
